Our Favorite Educational Channel

With all the programs and channels to chose from these days, educational TV is an advantage every home has. There are scores of channels to chose from. Each offers its own unique programs and preferences. Our family has made the Discovery Channel the favorite in our home. It offers a plethera of educational programming that appeals to all of us. The programming is as diverse as our tastes. Whether it is a science special about the solar system that intrigues my husband, or a special about various types of weather and how it is are forcast that might appeal to my sons, there is truly something for everyone. One of the most important features of the Discovery Channel is that the scheduling of these programs fits into our schedule. The programs we like are shown at a wide variety of times, making it easy to work into our evening schedule. We never feel locked into a certain time of night or a particular day. On the other hand, certain programs are always shown at the same time and day of the week, which also makes t easy to find them.
