Reminder to S Corporations

Tax time is soon upon us. Boy, does it roll around quickly. For those of you who have a small business, there are specified rules to follow if you are in a S corporation. S corporation is a great choice for you business, but you must remember to do a few things. Taxes are filed on special tax forms, 941, 940 and the 1120S form. They are also due a month earlier on March 15th. You can save possibly thousands of dollars a year in payroll and income taxes if this is done right.
