Gas Prices

Can you believe how high gas prices have gotten to be again? I just don't understand what guides the increase and decrease of cost. It seems kind of strange to me that just as soon as the weather turns nice the prices seem to take a hike. Is there something to that and can our Government do something to control all of this? With summer here and vacations near someone help us out with these prices!
