Diet and Exercise

What do you consider a healthier lifestyle? I have been researching information on this subject. When it comes to your age, do you feel your age or younger? Maybe you are feeling older? I am finding that there are a lot of different issues that can effect the way you feel and possibly lengthen your life. If we want to keep these bodies around for a while, then we must take care of them. Diet, exercise, safety in traveling, health issues, what is in our genes, habits and more, all can play a roll. Test yourself and see where you stand in the fight against aging.
