Whiner

As I am writing this our dog Zoe is whining to go for a walk. Bill can take her around the block in a little while. I think Zoe actually knows her way around our block because she has been taking the same route for several years. Bill generally puts a leash on her but sometimes she is trusted to walk by him. It doesn't always work out too well without the leash.
