What Is It?

When I get home from work I usually ask what we are having for supper. Bill gets home before I do and generally starts to prepare the meal. Sometimes I have a good idea what we are having because I can smell the food. There are times that I plan the meal and Bill cooks it. Other times Bill has me guess what the meal is. Tonight was a big surprise because he made smoked pork chops, potatoes and peas. It smelled so good when I came in the door but I just wasn't sure what it was. Bill's brother had given us the chops for Christmas and they were about the best I have ever had.
