I have the best boss. I have worked for him many years, putting in overtime, meeting deadlines, finishing unexpected jobs without question. And then there are the phones, ringing off the hook while I am trying to get my work done. After all this, I got a bad review. I think my boss needs to get some Employee Review Software from Performance Appraisal.
