Dry Ground

Even though we have had some nice rainy weather our yard seems to be very dry.  There are cracks in the ground and we have plenty of weeds too.  We have been watering the grass because of the new grass seed and mulch.  I do think it is working pretty well but I would like to see more rain.  Farmers are either done or close to being done with their planting so I am sure they would welcome the rain too.
