You Never Know

In today's world, you never know what is going to happen. There are strange weather events and of course always the risk of some terrorist attack. We definitely can't live our lives in fear but we should be smart. Living in the mid-west, there are always the chances for strange weather! Thankfully we have basements on most homes in Iowa but underground shelters are always another thought. I remember when my kids were young and I was home alone with them, there was a tornado. I had to get into a shelter that was not connected to our home. I still remember that day like it was yesterday!
