Condo

Last weekend we moved our youngest son into his first home. I don't think we have worked that hard and long in a long time. It was well worth it. After three days we had everything cleaned, unpacked and put together. He enjoys coming home to his new condo.

Better Weather

The past few days have been great. Finally, no snow or cold. It is a bit cool today but not bad at all. It rained slightly yesterday, but I think we could use the moisture right now. I enjoy this time of year. We sometimes wonder why we live where we do but this kind of weather is a good reminder.

Colonix

We are all becoming more health conscious. With so much sickness and disease it is important to find ways to stay healthy. We have friends that stand by having some type of intestinal cleanser such as Colonix. They feel that detoxifying and cleansing the colon can add to a healthier functioning bowel. We would all like tips on ways to progress towards a healthier lifestyle. This may be one of them.

Roast

We put a roast in the crock pot this morning. There are carrots, potatoes, water and some onion soup in with the meat. We will have some blueberry muffins too. It sounds and smells very good. The plan is to eat about 4pm. We stopped for a sandwich after church, but it really didn't hit the spot. The roast will be much better than what we had for lunch.
