Pickles

Just over a year ago we were blessed with a grand daughter and a grand son. This past year has flown by quickly and now they are beginning to walk. Emry is walking all over the place and they have found that he also enjoys pickles. While he walks around with is pickle you will see him begin to dance. He loves music. His mommy sings to him all the time. He's sure a sweetie.

Food

There are so many things to do and remember when preparing for the Christmas season. We have wrapping, shopping, decorating, Christmas letters and baking and cooking. As the day draws near I find myself trying to organize gifts and menus. I need to gather my thoughts and start a grocery list for some of the meals I may be preparing over the holidays. Food is a huge part of the celebration. With family gatherings and children returning home, I better get started!

Diet Pills

So many today are wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. They are trying to watch their weight and incorporate exercise into their daily routine. That is not always an easy task to accomplish. With the holidays upon us, many are concerned about the possibility of weight gain. They may be looking into the best diet pills out there or what new exercise machine they may purchase for Christmas. Take care of your body. It's the only one you have.

GPS

We have some good friends that headed for Texas yesterday to be with family. They have traveled the same route for years and know it very well. We offered to let them use our Garmin GPS for this trip. Not that they needed it but because they had been interested in buying one and we thought it would be a good chance for them to see how they work. Bill talked with them this afternoon when they arrived in Texas and they seemed to have really enjoyed the unit.

The Bible Experience

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to actually be able to listen to the Bible? I know I have! I thoroughly enjoy reading my Bible on a daily basis, but have always thought I would enjoy an audio version as well. There's something about listening to it that really would make it come to life! Recently I came across something like this. Now we can listen to the Bible...both New and Old Testaments. You can view a video about this audio Bible available at The Bible Experience website produced by Technicolor Studios in Holly-wood style design sound to really bring it life for those listening. You can even download a free Nick Cannon clip of this video at www.BibleExperience.com. The download code is GEN3SPRK. There are many well known actors and actresses who have taken part in making this possible. As if this isn't enough to get your curiosity rising...you may also enjoy the musical stylings of the Prague Symphony Orchestra. It really is beautiful and such a wonderful way to help you experience what you're reading even more. Enjoy the ensemble of nearly 400 award-winning actors, musicians, clergy directors and producers as you check out The Bible Experience website. You won't be sorry you did.
